Split Fan Production

At any time during the act, the performer reaches into thin air and produces a beautiful multicolor fan. After showing the fan freely, he apparently splits the fan into two, so that he has two multicolor fans, one in each hand.

You could also produce the fans from any other production prop, then split it in two. Self-contained and, easy to do.
