Instant Flip Open Table

This is a used table purchased from Daytona Magic. Here is their description:

When we first saw this table, it was demonstrated to us, and although we were impressed at the way it opened, we were not impressed by the quality.  We sent the table to our master carpenters, who completely redesigned it.

Using only top-quality marine 7-ply board, piano hinges instead of loose pin hinges, and a Formica top, we created the masterpiece above. You come in carrying what looks like a briefcase, and immediately you drop all but the top of the case.  Instantly a table appears, which has a working surface of 13.5″ x 20.5″.  It is sturdy and will hold up as long as you take care of it.  It is beautifully finished with natural oil and really looks like a piece of furniture.
